Free Thai Cooking Classes Dec 1-4!

Internationally acclaimed Chef Sirivarn, owner of Marnee Thai Restaurant, uses his decades of experience cooking Thai food in America to show you how to prepare a variety of authentic appetizers, soups, salads, curries, noodles, stir-fries, and desserts. Included are some dishes that are popular in Thailand, but completely unfamiliar to New Mexico residents. Additionally, the Thai Trade Center will be introducing new food products for all to sample.

Classes on December 1 & 2 will be held from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and will concentrate on preparing Thai cuisine at home.
Classes on December 3 & 4 will be held from 3:00 – 5:00, and are targeted to chefs and food industry professionals.
The media are especially welcome at all sessions. Please show your press credentials or business card from your restaurant to receive special goodies from the Thai Trade Center.

Registration is available at (505) 268-0206 if you do not have internet access. Registration is highly encouraged -- classes are free of charge, but are limited to 30 people.
