Class: Summer Salads Aug 15

Salads are an excellent entree choice for hot summer days. You’ll learn the basics of selecting creative salad ingredients making dressings for composed salads, mixed greens, slaws, pastas and delicious fruit salads. Everyone is encouraged to bring ingredients from their gardens, so we’ll make lots of salads.
