CLASS: FABULOUS FISH - Aug 22
Class starts with a visit to our excellent fish department, where you'll learn how to choose the right fish. Then we'll go up to the kitchen and learn how to prepare our catch in various stlyes: Costal Mexican, Steamed Chinese, Tempura with dipping sauces, and Baked Salmon in Orange yogurt sauce.
Scott Sharot's career as a chef, caterer, restaurateur, consultant and food writer has spanned more than 30 years. He has also taught in New York City at the Learning Annex, Miami Dade Community College's Environmental Center and here in New Mexico at Talin Market, La Montanita Co-Op and Jane Butel's Cooking School.
